Eastern Railway has been informed, following consultation with the Ministry of Education, that the Sahitya Bhushan examination offered by the Hindi Vidyapeeth, Deogarh, is recognised as being equivalent to the Hindi Standard required for the Intermediate Examination, not the full-fledged Intermediate Examination. Therefore, in order to obtain this certification, Matric Trained Teachers are ineligible to receive three advance increments
