After consulting the Ministry of Education, it has been clarified to Eastern Railway that Sahitya Bhushan Examination conducted by the Hindi Vidyapeeth, Deogarh has been recognised as equivalent to Hindi Standard prescribed for the Intermediate Examination and not equivalent to fledged Intermediate Examination. As such Matric Trained Teachers on acquiring this qualification are not eligible for grant of three advance increments
