The Indian Boilers regulations, 1924 - Question whether the Regulations made by the Governor General in Council under section 28 of the Indian Boilers Act, 1923, survive the amendment of that section by the Amending Act 1937 (XI of 1937) in virtue of section 24 of the General Clauses Act, 1897.
