1.Admission of lunatics from Indians States into Asylums in British India. 2. Decision that the rules made by the Governor General in Council under Section 99 of the Indian Lunacy Act, 1912 as in force prior to the amendment made by the Devolution Act of 1920, posses the status of rules made by Local Governments under Section 99 of the Lunacy Act, as amended by the Devolution Act, 1920, and are subject to Supersession and amendment by the Local Governments.
