Central Rly.: When responding to derailments, accidents, etc., signal workers such as head fitters, maintainers, strikers, bellow boys, Khalasis, tinsmiths, blacksmiths, etc. are paid overtime on par with permanent way staff. The decision was made to extend the personal overtime benefits under the ex-FIP Rialways Rules to Signal and Telecommunication employees who were receiving them immediately before 22-5-1963, when the benefits were withdrawn due to audit objection orders issued to Central Railway. A reference was made, and the status of the case was also sent to Shri Karuna Krishna Nayar, MP. Rebuilt
