A.I.R.F. The topic of Treatment of period under suspension in violation of provision of payment of Wages Act was removed from Item 19 of the agenda for the PNM meeting scheduled for March 64. The Federation then requested that the Railway employee be treated similarly to the P & T Department, which had treated the period of suspension in the context of the July 1960 strike as duty for the purposes of leave, increment, and pension. The Board declined to grant this request
