C.S.O. for Railway. (1) Creation of (i) a permanent organisation for part drawing works for the American Locomotives and sanction certain non-gazetted posts. (ii) A temporary Organisation for part drawing works for I.R.S. Locomotives for a period of two years and sanction to a gazetted and certain non gazetted posts for a period of two years. The staff employed therein to be stationed as Ajmere and Chittaranjan. (2) Decision that the posts of Sr. Draftsmen for theses organisations should be created in the open line scale of Rs. 300-20-400 and 360-20-500
