The Ministry of Labour and Employment has made an amendment to the subsiding instructions regarding the regularisation of hours of employment, the payment of overtime allowance to railway staff, and a reference to the decision made by the Board to calculate overtime on a two-weak basis rather than 108 and 90 hours for continuous and Incentive hours. As a result, Instruction No. 21 (vi) of the subsiding instructions has been amended to allow for the calculation of overtime on two weakly bases
