A.D..A.I. (Railway) - Basis of calculation of ovetrime allowance to the workshop staff- In terms of Board's letter No.E49 -CPC/ DATED 10-10-1949 Overtime at ordinary rate 1/208th of the monthly pay should continue to be paid for the difference between the normal weekly hours at present worked out and 48 hours per week in the case of those under the Factories Act, 1948 - Based on this, para 460(1) of the Indian railway code for the Mechanical Department (Work shop) was amended as suggested by A.D.A.I. (Railways)
