The Railway Board decided that the controller officer and accounts staff should review the monthly record of journeys made by Railway officers drawing motor car or motor conveyance allowance on official coconut once a year. If, as a result of this review, any changes are desired to be made in the amount of the allowance, the situation should be monitored for a further three consecutive months before making the change.
