Home security. Decision that there should be no objection to railway employees enrolling in home guards or other similar organisations, provided that the G.N. or other officer expressly delegated with such authority considers that employees desiring to join the home guards can be permitted to do so without detriment to their normal official duties, that their services will not be required for Rly. units of the territorial Army, and that their membership in this organisation wil not jeopardise their employment
