Classification of the Shunting Staff at the Western Railway's Shamgarh Railway Station under the Hours of Employment Regulations: Western Railway requested that a new job analysis be done to determine the workload of the Shunting Staff at Shamgarh, and that if justified, the conceived staff be reclassified as continuous. This was done in accordance with Paragraphs 6.114 and 6.117 of the Railway Labour Tribunal's 1969 award.
