N.F. Rly:- Payment of compensation under the Women's Compensation Act to the dependents of late Santosh Kumar Basak, ex. IOW/MBZ, who drowned and was murdered while on duty in a jeep over the near Road Bridge. He was covered by the employments stated in Schadne II to the W.E. Act, and because his monthly emoluments above Rs. 500/-, compensation under w.cad was not eligible to late Hower, the RRy. was advised to investigate the case under Rlys. Rules
