Proposal to write off the loss of Rs. 44, 107, 14, 9 caused in 1943-1944 as a result of the establishment receiving food on a consessional basis and labourers working on non-aviation projects in Eastern India. Decision: The matter was closed since the current government lacked the authority to write off the loss because it had already been deducted from the relevant account head of the pre-partition period
