Education Policy: Southern Regionally Multipurpose School. Southern Railway's proposal to turn Golden Rock's railway High School into a multipurpose enc. The two courses were introduced and the school was sanctioned by the President to become a multipurpose institution effective 3-1-58. With the Board's approval, the additional posts that the convention required could be created on the Rly's suggested pay scales. These posts will remain unfilled until the Rly's recommended pay scales for teachers in multipurpose schools on all Railways are examined and finalised
