Minutes of meetings held by the Indo-Pakistan Sub-Committee to update the guidelines for exchanging vacuum cylinders of M.G. stock. With effect from 1941-1959, it was decided that M.G. Stocks with vacuum brake connections or train pipes from coupling to compling would be rejectedable in the Indo-Pakistan interchange. Rule 55 of Conference Rules, Part.III (1941 Edition) was amended as needed and adopted in Fundamental and Subsidiary Rules to provide for exchange of traffic between India and Pakistan
