N.F.I.R. Question for examination on the points raised by the NFIR that the provision contained in para 545-W that payment is not to be paid during working hours should be deleted. The NFIR were informed that there was no irregularity in distributing pay to the workers outside working hours on a working day and as such the question of deleting para 545-W not arise
