Rly. the the Bd. who have carefully considered the matter in consultation with Finance and Ministry of Law are advised that the clarification already given in Shri P.S. Mahadevan's D.O. No. E(LWA)69/HER/27 dt. 9.8.69 need not be revised. However, the petitions filed by the Claims Inspectors may be contested. Board also approved of the Rlys. action to contest due amount to the claims tracers
