In reply to No.56, dated 9th instant, sanctions the arrangements therein recommended; but disapproves of his proposal to apply to the Bombay Government for the two officers who are required to complete the complement of Extra Assistant Commissioners. Two men will be selected from the other provinces on this side of India; but before this is done, asks whether Ramchunder Myral, Sheirshtadar of West Berar, is not fit for the post of Extra Assistant Commissioner
