Adjustment of the interest-free loans granted to the Vizagapatam Port from the Defence Services Estimates during the period the port was under the administrative control of the Defence Department (now Defence Ministry). Decision that the interest free loans advanced to the port from the Defence Estimates to meet the losses incurred by the port will also be repaid by the Vizagapatam Port from out of its future surpluses
