(1) When calculating the average, the leave period should be regarded as dies-non. For employees who must travel on business as specified by the rooters, a consolidated travel allowance must be set. (2) C.T.A. cannot be given during any time that another type of travel reimbursement is being received. Refresher Course/Territorial throughout training. Because employees are given daily allowances or free meals during any training, C.T.A. is not due during the various training periods. The C.T.A. programme is designed to cover out-of-pocket costs associated with official travel. When sent to provide military services, the same is not refundable
