(3) British and Afghan notes related to the Commission's findings. (4) Keeping a pro forma record of the payments made to and payments received from the British tribesmen engaged in the cases decided by the Chaman Commission. The decision was made to follow a similar process for all future Joint Commission proceedings. (5) The amount owed to the Afghan Government in relation to decrees made by the Chaman Commission in favor of Afghan nationals was paid from the Savings of the NWFP Administration rather than the Afghan Reserve Fund
