(1) Anglo-Afghan Joint Commission, Chaman, 1936. (2) Ratification of the Proceedings. Question of the compulsory handing over of women. (3) British and Afghan Notes in connection with the findings of the Commission. (4) Maintenance of a pro-forma account of the realizations from and payments to the British tribesmen involved in the cases adjudicated by the Chaman Commission. Decision that similar procedure should be followed in respect of all subsequent Joint Commission Proceedings. (5) Payment from the Savings of the N.W.F.P. Administration and not from the Afghan Reserve Fund of the amount due to the Afghan Government on account of decrees passed by the Chaman Commission in favour of Afghan subjects
