Question whether provision of funds in regard to rolling stock obtained in a knocked down condition and erected in Railway Workshops should pass through suspense Heads W.M.S.account and stores also or not. Decision that the cost of stores obtained on bulk orders should be charged to final heads direct and the labour and stores charges incurred on erection only should pass through the W.M.S. Account( and stores) and provided accordingly
