Exemption of all charitable and public institutions together with boarding houses, if any attached to schools from the payment of both conservancy cess and water tax imposed by the Quetta Municipality and houses which have independent water connections and pay water fee from the payment of water tax only with effect from 15th May and 1st April 1936, respectively
