Question whether the A.G.C.R> ios correct or not in supposing that for the period from the 14th June to the 17th June, 1932, the number of members fulfilling the conditions of sec.36(3) was short of the statutory requirements by one as the Hon`ble Sir C.P. Ramaswami`s service under the Crown in India prior to 14th June, 32 was less than 10 years.
