Question whether it is possible under sec. 35 of the Workmen`s Compensation Act, 1933 to make rules enabling a commr. with whom money has been deposited for a fatal accident to send that money abroad without distributing it as required by sec. 8(4) and to throw on authorities in the other Country the onus of distribution.
