Decision that 12 months is the maximum period for which agreements under Section 27 (1) and 38 (1) of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1923, may be opened at Indian Ports with Lascars and other native seamen. Decision to allow further agreements with lascars and other native seamen contemplated in Section 125 (3) of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1894, being extended to 18 months.
