Exemption of two Tapal Machwas `Dhanprasad` and `Josephine` belonging to Mr. Sorabji Fakirji and plying between Gogo and Bhagwa-Dandi from certian provisions of Part VI of the Indian Merchant Shipping Act, 1923 and the prescription of a special set of rules regarding life-saving appliances apparatus for extinguishing fires, and latrines to be provided on board these two vessels.
