Proposed amendment of section 47 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, so as to allow a judgement debtor to bring a separate suit after the execution, discharge or satisfaction of a decree if he has a cause of action in respect of an alleged payment or adjustment which has not been recognised by the Executing Court.
