Authorization of the Director -General, Indian Medical Service, to grant diplomas to those military medical pupils of the Assistant Surgeon class of the Indian Subordinate Medical Department who pass the qualifying tests prescribed by him in medicine, surrgery and midwifery in the year 1917 and 1918.
