Proposal to add railway tickets to the list of exemptions notified in Home Deptt. notification No. 5604 dated 21.12.1871 under Sec. 21 of the Press Registration of Books Act, 1867- Amendment of Sec. 21 of the Act so as to empower the G.G. in C. to exempt under that Sec. any class of paper as well as books from the provisions of Sec. 3 of the Act.
