Proposal to add railway tickets to the lot of exemptions notified in House Department notification No. 5604, dated 21-12-1871, under section 21 of the Press and Registration of Books Act, 1867. Amendment of section 21 of the Act so as to empower the G. G. in C. to exempt under that sec. any class of paper as well as Books from the Provisions of section 3 of the Act.
