Informing Mr. T. C. Laggen that the Resident in Travancoare reports that the pay and batta due to him were disbursed on, 1-2-1900, to M/s Camerron and Co. of Quilon at his requests and that the Government cannot interfere in the matter of the attachment by the small cause court of Travancore referred to by him.
