Decision that persons nominated to 'A' grade on the resultls of the F.P.S.C. exam. held in April 1945 may be allowed to draw the revised rates of pay for Assistants from the date they would have ordinarily been promoted, provided that on promotion they would have been entitled to those scales but for the examination.
