Proposed amendments in the Public Service Commission (Functions) Rules, 1926, in consequence of the promulgation of the new Civil Services (Classification and Control and appeal) Rules. Amendment to Rule 5 of the P.S.C. (Functions) Rules so as to provide for recruitment to Central Service Class I, when recruitment is occassioned by conversion of a temporary post into a permanent post.
