The decision was made to treat British officers assigned to the Malwa and Mewar Bhilp Corps as subject to civil law for acting allowances and privilege leave but to military law for long leave. Rejecting the suggestion to continue giving British officers in the Mewar Bhil Corps 90 days of luxury leave every year as was previously the case
