A portion of Major G.G. Trench's claim for reimbursement of expenses paid in relocating his personal belongings and servants from Meshed to Fort Sandeman was filed. His opulent furnishings accounts. The payment of the garden to him was sanctioned as full and final settlement of all of his additional claims against the government. Refuel allowances that he would have been entitled to if the current had been in effect when he was originally posted to Meshed, as well as the of the Coat-of-Arms that he obtained for the Consulate building at without the Government's permission.
