Decision that the sterling amount of furlough allowances undrawn or shot drawn in England by officers who were on leave in that country should be paid to them in India at the rate of exchange prescribed for the payment of leave allowances fixed in sterling and that leave allowances overpaid in England at conventional rates of exchange should be recovered in India at the rate of exchange prescribed for the recovery of advance and over payments made in England.
