Decision that as an experimental measure for two years with effect from the 1st 1933 Marine allotment may be increased from Rs. 1,300 to Rs. 2000 and Army allotment reduced from Rs. 11,700 to Rs. 11,000 and the present arrangement for re-appropriation between Army & Marine allotment be continued.
