Exemption under section 23 of the sea customs act of imported copper cables containing pilot cores (not no power core) of a sectional area of less than one eight port of a square inch from so much of the import duty livable there on as is in excess of the duty ( if any) to which they would have been liable if they had no core of less than the Said sectional area.
