Supersession of financial order no 3210, dated 29th December, 1875, as regards Bombay and continuance of the practice obtaining in that presidency of allowing railway are in addition to batta to ministerial officers on a pay of Rs. 50 a month and upwards when travelling on public duty partly by rail and partly by road on the same day.
