Grant of an advance of the restoration to proper order of the Bombay Governor’s residence at branch unspent portion of the household and tour allowances of the Governors of Bombay and Madras and of the furniture allowance of several Heads of Governments and Administrations not to lapse in future, but to be re-granted as an addition to the fixed allowances for the following year.
