Grant from the compassionate fund, of a gratuity of Rs. 5,000 to Mrs. Cumming, widow of the late Mr. R.C. Cumming formerly a district superintendent of Police in Burma power of the Government of India to sanction grants from the compassionate find to the families of officer who die after retirement from the service.
