Decision that the principle of the restrictions contained in the Home Department letter no. 201, dated the 2nd March, 1906 as regards the revision of a declaration of age for public purposes was meant to be applied only to the candidates from India for the Indian Civil Service, and that these do not necessitate an amendment or cancellation of the provision of Article 55 (1) (b), Civil Account Code.
