Condition of service.Proposal that the Secretary of State may issue a dissection that the powers which confirmed specially on the governor General in Council under the riles relating to –that were in free immediately before the commandment of part – III of the Government of India Act, 1935, in respect of all Secretary of States, officers shall continue to be exercised by the Governor General in council until the present emergency comes to an end.
