Decision that the Leave salary of the Advocate General should be governed by the Provincial Govt. rules corresponding to S.R. 287, subject to exercise by the Governor of His individual judgement in regard to the rate of leave salary which should be “remigration” within the meaning of section 55(3) of the Govt. of India Act, 1935.
