Retirement of Govt. Servants:- _______________ before attainment of 55 years of age. Decsion that of the orders made as to effect only the future entrants that is persons who enter service on or after the date of the order the Governor acting an advise would be competent to make it under section 241(2) fo the Govt. of India Act. 1935 If however the order is to affect persons in service ion the date of the orders, the orders issued require the exercise by the Governor of his judgement under sec 241(3) by the Act with regard to those who were in service on 31-3-37 under sec. 52(i)(e) of the Act with regard to these who entered service that up-to date but before the date of the order.
