Enquiry by the Punjab Govt. whether officers falling under the category of those whose return to duly was “desirable but not immedicable essential” are eligible for concession admissible under F.R. 70 in accordance with this Department orders of October 1939 and April 1940 regarding recall of officers from leave out of India on the out break of war.
