L. Dharam Chand Abkari, a sub-inspector of the Sibi and Loralai Districts, and Mr. Pereira, a clerk in the Quetta Treasury, were authorised to receive a deputation allowance so they could attend a course in distillery and warehouse work at a school in Madras during the winter of 1909.
